Zaheer Khan is the latest to join the list of married or to-be-married Indian cricketers. He announced his engagement with actor Sagarika Ghatge on twitter and soon social media was abuzz with the news.
Congratulating him were his fans and well wishers, including Indian Cricket team coach Anil Kumble who tagged journalist Sagarika Ghose instead of the actor.
While congratulating the couple, the former India leg-spinner instead of tagging the actor mistakenly tagged Sagarika Ghose, who is a prominent journalist. Kumble’s first tweet was: “Congratulations @ImZaheer and @sagarikaghose! Wishing you the very best!”
Realising the goof, he deleted the tweet and posted a new one with the right twitter handle.

IPL Team Delhi Daredevils led by Zaheer too was a part of this comedy of errors when their twitter account tagged Sagarika Ghose in their congratulatory post.
After rectifying the misake, they tweeted an explanation for the mix up, saying they were 'so elated by the news that they got carried away.'
Sagarika Ghose responded to the tweets, reminding that she was the 'wrong Sagarika'. 'Mai do bacho ki maa hu', she wrote.
oops wrong Sagarika, sirs! Main do bachche ki ma hoon
