Well we got in touch with Sikander to talk about the world of Luxury living and asked him for 3 tips he believes gives the experience of luxury living to people and this is what he has to say.
Sikander says, “The first and foremost is Location. It is very important to look into and invest into a good location, which not only builds but enhances the experience of luxury living for people. The second he says is to create a space which is far more surreal than a picture of it shown to the client. He says that when we show pictures of our space to our clients, pictures of our space play a key role. Now, what plays an even more important role is to create a space bigger and better than the picture itself. Third and the most important is to give an all round experience to the client.  Sikander says, not just the home, but the amenities that come along with the home play an important role too. And that, it is important to provide all these amenities to the clients which will complete their experience of luxury living.

We further asked him about how he embarked on this journey and what was the driving force behind the idea of creating luxury spaces for people and he said, “Years ago, when I decided to embark on this journey of creating luxury spaces for people there was one thing I was certain about and that is to give people an unforgettable experience of luxury living. I wanted to create a space for people where they could experience luxury not just for a day,  but for a lifetime. A space they could proudly call their home. Years later today when my clients give me their feedback, it only drives me further to create bigger and better spaces, to enhance the experience of living for people all across Hyderabad.”
