In a tragic incident at an under-construction indoor stadium in Moinabad, two migrant workers lost their lives and seven others sustained injuries when a concrete slab and a compound wall collapsed on Monday. The victims, hailing from West Bengal and Bihar, were part of a group of workers involved in the construction activities at the site.

The mishap occurred during ongoing construction work, with the compound wall collapsing on the workers. Authorities confirmed the unfortunate demise of two individuals and the injuries sustained by seven others.

Emergency services were promptly deployed, and the injured workers were swiftly transferred to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Meanwhile, investigations are underway to ascertain the cause of the collapse and ensure appropriate action is taken.
