METHODOLOGY Centre for Forecasting and Research conducted the survey in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore between 7th and 11 September 2002. A total of 1,618 persons (belonging to the middle class, annual household income Rs 1-5 lakh) in these cities were interviewed
