Mr. G Ravender Rao - Chairman 

Mr. G. Ravender Rao (GR Rao) is a highly regarded industrialist and technocrat, boasting over three decades of invaluable experience in the engineering and healthcare domains. Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from REC Warangal, Mr. Ravender Rao embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 1978 by founding Yashoda Vacuum Industries. Recognized for its excellence, the company became a leader in its field. In 1985, he further expanded his business ventures by establishing Yashoda Special Metals, solidifying his position as an industry frontrunner. 

Demonstrating remarkable foresight, Mr. Rao collaborated with his younger brothers, Dr. G. Surender Rao and Mr. G. Devender Rao, to establish the Yashoda Group of Hospitals. Currently spearheading the group, he implements stringent internal controls to ensure the efficient operation of Yashoda Hospitals. With his engineering expertise and entrepreneurial acumen, Mr. Rao played a pivotal role in the group's growth, propelling it to become a prominent national player in the Indian healthcare sector. 

Dr. G Surender Rao - Managing Director 

Dr. G. Surender Rao (Dr. GS Rao), the Managing Director of Yashoda Group of Hospitals, is a globally trained pediatrician and healthcare administrator. With eight years of experience working in a corporate hospital in Iran alongside renowned international medical experts, he gained invaluable expertise in managing large healthcare institutions. Driven by the desire to share his international exposure and contribute to his home state, he established his private practice in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana. Over time, he emerged as a leading pediatrician in the state. 

Joining forces with his brothers, Mr. G. Ravender Rao and Mr. G. Devender Rao, Dr. GS Rao co-founded Yashoda Group of Hospitals. His visionary leadership has paved the way for numerous initiatives aimed at expanding access to high-quality healthcare services for the general public. Dr. GS Rao's contributions have been instrumental in bringing superior healthcare within reach of communities across the region. 

Mr. G Devender Rao - Director 

Mr. G. Devender Rao (GD Rao), as a Director of Yashoda Group of Hospitals, brings a wealth of financial expertise to the organization. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1986. After completing his CA qualification, Mr. Devender Rao received invaluable guidance in the intricacies of business from his elder brother, Mr. G. Ravender Rao. 

Intrigued by the challenges of finance, Mr. Devender Rao fully immersed himself in managing the financial and administrative aspects of the group. Over the years, he has developed into an expert in hospital administration and has honed his commercial acumen, providing invaluable support to the group through his financial expertise. Mr. Devender Rao adds significant value to the organization through his adept financial analysis and structuring skills. His contributions ensure the financial stability and success of the Yashoda Group of Hospitals.
