Sunil joined CIT as Sr Business Analyst in 2015 and, since then, has risen to his current position.
Sunil's extensive knowledge and experience in Service Now, AI/ML, and IoT, coupled with a strong emphasis on continuous process improvement, have enabled him to assist numerous clients in various industries with the implementation and maintenance of cloud platforms. The platform and process enhancements, which Sunil and his team executed, have been leveraged by hundreds of individuals.
