Srijit Mukherji has been one of the most prolific Indian filmmakers. He is all set to come up with ‘Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke’, which releases on this upcoming Republic Day. Regina Cassandra headlines the cast of the show which is based around the people in uniform in India.
Talking about what enticed him to tell the story, Srijit Mukherji says, “The action genre and the prospect of travelling across the country and the length and the breadth of India are what enticed me to bring this up.”
Adding about the experience of shooting in some of the real-life locations, he says, “As happens in all the films and series it’s a mix of both. Some locations were a setup and some were real locations but I would say the percentage of real locations was much higher. The experience was superb; there was a lot of unique learning. I have come back to the action genre after 7 years.”

Srijit Mukherji is a national film award-winning director and numerous of his projects have gone ahead to win the prestigious award. ‘Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke’ is all set to release on Zee5 on January 26.
