There have been reports that actress Meera Chopra is getting married in February 2024 in Rajasthan. Meera who is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming flick 'Safed' has confirmed it. She told Outlook India that she is getting married and there is nothing to hide about it.
Meera said, ''Yes, I am getting married and I don't want to hide it. It's really happening and I want to be vocal about it because I am really happy about this chapter in my life.'' She added, ''I don't understand why people hide it because once you decide you should be celebrating and telling the world that 'I am getting married'. I am very happy about it and I want to tell the world that I am tying the knot.''
On Christmas, Meera dropped a romantic picture of herself with a mysterious man and it sparked the rumours that she was getting married soon. The picture that she posted on her Instagram story showed the man hugging Meera. "Pyar wala Christmas," she captioned it.
Meera extensively works in Tamil and Telugu films. She has also starred in Hindi films like '1920: London', 'Section 375', and 'Gang of Ghosts'.
The diva is excited about her upcoming flick 'Safed' where she is playing a widow, Kaali.
Directed by Sandeep Singh, the film is releasing on Zee5 on December 29. It also stars Barkha Bisht, Abhay Verma and Chhaya Kadam in pivotal roles.
