Ira Khan-Nupur Shikhare To Have A Grand Reception In Mumbai? Here's All That We Know

After a series of adorable events that marked Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare wedding festivities, the couple is set to host a grand reception. The couple had registered their wedding in Mumbai which was followed by a traditional elaborate wedding in Udaipur. According to reports, the reception will be held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center in Mumbai.

According to a report published by India Today, it has been reported that almost all the celebs from the film fraternity have been invited to the reception. India Today quoted a source who said, “Aamir Khan has extended a warm invitation to everyone in the industry. From Shah Rukh Khan to Salman Khan, Ambanis, Kapoors, Bhatts, Deols, everyone is expected to attend the grand wedding reception in Mumbai. For the wedding reception, Ambanis have given their venue at NMACC to accommodate the guests.”

The report mentions that Aamir Khan expects over 2500 guests to attend Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare’s wedding reception at the swanky venue in Bandra Kurla Complex.

Coming to the food for the function, it has been reported that there will be a wide range of delicious dishes for the guests to savour upon. There will be cuisines from almost nine states of India. Some of the delicious cuisines that will be served are Gujarati, Lucknowi, and Maharashtrian. The source revealed, “The Khans have kept a plethora of menus for guests. A total of 9 different state cuisines are a part of the reception venue. The Gujarati menu apparently dominates the palate, with Lucknowi and Maharashtrian food also on the list.”

A strict no-gift policy has also been ensured for the reception. Aamir Khan has asked his guests to only bless the couple as he considers that to be the biggest gift. The actor has also made fantastic arrangements for music so that everyone can let their hair loose.
