Actor Abhimanyu Dassani will be seen in 'Aankh Micholi' which is a comedy-drama also co-starring Mrunal Thakur, Paresh Rawal, Vijay Raaz, Sharman Joshi, Divya Dutta and Abhishek Banerjee among others. The movie was all set to hit the screens on October 27. But now the release date has been pushed to November 3.
Sharing the update, Abhimanyu wrote on Instagram, ''#BREAKINGNEWS- ‘Aankh Micholi’ 3RD NOVEMBER , just in time to kick off your Diwali holidays with a burst of family fun!''
When asked about the release date being postponed, Abhimanyu gave a quirky reply. He said, ''Dil bhi sala party badle kaisa hain zamana. Phone laga tu apne producer ko zara. Puch le akhir hain kya majra. Pal main sambhalta than, pal main fisalta hain. Confuse karta hain bas kya''.

On the character of the film, the actor said that he can't reveal much about it. "I can't reveal because it will unfold certain circumstantial situations which give way to a lot of comedy or lots of gags in the film. So, overall, he is a really good boy who is looking for marriage or the love of his life. He likes to be honest I guess, he is a family man and an absolute lover boy''.
'Aankh Micholi' revolves around an Indian wedding and is filled with lots of drama, humour, and fun. It is directed by Umesh Shukla and penned by Jitendra Parmar.
