The last phase of any competition is always the most exciting and ‘MasterChef Australia’ season 15 is no different. After surviving mystery boxes, pressure tests and the many epic challenges set by some of the country’s best chefs, this week, the show reached its highest point yet as contestants battled it out for a coveted place in the top 5.

Declan Cleary

One of the youngest cooks in the competition, Declan has proven himself a tough competitor in the MasterChef kitchen. Theo is the MasterChef kitchen’s Bread King, making it a signature part of his dishes when the opportunity presents itself. As the competition has progressed, so has Theo’s cooking. He has created a reputation for himself with flavourful dishes like his Mexican Pork with Pineapple Salsa and Prune Glazed Crullers. He absolutely has the potential to go the distance.

Rhiannon Anderson

As a contestant on the higher end of the age range, Rhiannon’s MasterChef journey has been an inspiration. Cooking heartwarming and feel-good dishes that never fail to awe, Rhiannon has unquestionably earned her spot in the Top 5. Able to pull off excellent dishes like a 15-minute Prawn Coconut Soup and Moussaka, Rhiannon is bound to go far.

Brent Draper

Brent’s trajectory in MasterChef Australia, from season 13 till now, has been one to remember. In season 15, he’s returned stronger than ever, displaying grit and skill that will take him places. Some of his dishes this season, like the Bourbon Chicken Skewers and the Mango Chilli Sauce, have gotten a lot of love from the judges. The way he’s cooking, his chances of becoming the next MasterChef are very high.

Cath Collins

Cath’s food journey has been incredible, serving dishes like Squid Ceviche and Lemon Marscapone Choux. With her optimistic outlook and creative mind, she has pulled off some amazing feats in the MasterChef kitchen. She is a top competitor and could be the one to win it all.
