Dhanush has been one of the most popular actors not just in south India, but even across the country. His Tamil films get a huge opening even in the northern, eastern and western parts of the country. With Dhanush having moved also to direction, his films have started getting even better. He has now taken to social media to announce his 3rd directorial.
The first announcement poster is very picturesque. The pic shows a yellow park bench on a beachside. It has some papers lying on it. Not to forget the gorgeous backdrop of the sea with stars and the moon. It is with this design of the moon that he has announced the tentative name of the film ‘DD3’. It is being assumed that D is for Dhanush and 3 is for his 3rd directorial.

There is also a date mentioned of December 24, 2023. It feels as if there is going to be a big announcement of the film tomorrow, as no one in the cast has yet been announced. There could be a big reveal tomorrow about who all are going to be part of the movie.
For the unversed, Dhanush recently wrapped up his second directorial venture. He had taken to social media to announce that to the world. His first directorial was the 2017 film ‘Pa Paandi’.
On the work front, Dhanush will be seen in ‘Captain Miler’ next, which will be released on Pongal 2024. Besides Dhanush, the film also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, Shiva Rajkumar and Sundeep Kishan.
