Greater Noida, 30 September, 2026: Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology (NIET) has further strengthened its commitment to building industry-ready talent with the establishment of the CodeXperience Center powered by Capgemini in its Greater Noida campus. The centre is envisioned as a dynamic platform for industry–academia collaboration, experiential learning, innovation, and the development of future-ready technology professionals.

The initiative brings together NIET’s academia ecosystem with Capgemini’s industry expertise to provide students with exposure to emerging technologies, industry practices and collaborative approaches to solving real-world challenges.

The CodeXperience Center will serve as an experiential learning space designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the evolving demands of a digital and AI-driven workplace.

The event was graced by distinguished leaders from both industry and academia. From Capgemini, Balasubramaniam Natarajan, Executive Vice President, Insights & Data - India, Capgemini; Yashowardhan Sowale, Executive Vice President, Insights & Data - India, Capgemini; Puneet Kumra, Vice President & Head Early Careers Program – India, Capgemini; Amit Khurana, Senior Director & Head of Brand – India, Capgemini; and Suman Bhattacharya, Director, Early Careers Program - India, Capgemini, joined the occasion and shared their perspectives on strengthening industry–academia engagement and preparing students for the evolving technology landscape. Representing NIET, Dr. O.P. Agarwal, Managing Director; Dr. Neema Agarwal, Additional Managing Director, NIET Greater Noida; along with Dr. Vinod M. Kapse, Director, NIET, Greater Noida graced the occasion.
