Interacting with media persons at Barauli in Gopalganj district, Kishor claimed the JD(U) leader had taken several yatras in the past, but that did not change anything for better in the state.
Mr Kishor launched an online poll on his official Twitter handle, asking users to vote yes or no, to his query, in Hindi.
Referring to the failures of a population control law in China's context, the Bihar CM said that one should take reference and understand the negative effects of such laws in a huge and populous country, Kumar said.
