Samoa's Don Opeloge 381 kg (171 kg+210 kg) bettered his 2018 silver by clinching gold with a record breaking performance. For the Indian lifter, this was his third medal in three successive Commonwealth Games. Indian lifters have so far won eight medals in Birmingham, including three gold.
