England survived a huge scare to defeat Nepal by four runs in their ICC Men's T20 World Cup clash at the Wankhede Stadium. England posted 184/7, built around half-centuries from Harry Brook and Jacob Bethell, while Will Jacks added vital late momentum. Nepal’s reply showed remarkable belief despite early blows, as Dipendra Singh Airee made 44 and Rohit Paudel struck 39 before Lokesh Bam’s explosive finish dragged the chase to the brink. With the crowd sensing history, Sam Curran delivered a superb final over under pressure to restrict Nepal to 180/6, sealing a tense win. The margin was tiny, but England escaped with the points after a gripping contest.
