Transforming challenges into opportunities, entrepreneur Junaid Dhebar has scaled his hotel business to newer heights.
Dhebar is the owner and Managing Director of Hotel Vennington Court in Raipur. Before building the lucrative business, Junaid had a fair share of struggles in his life. The most crucial challenge in his way was to tackle existing competitors in the market.
Speaking about it, he says, “Competition is everywhere. What is more important is how you face them. From the start, I was clear to compete with myself and not focus on what others are doing. The hardships I faced helped me add value to the business space.”

Tackling the competitive environment, Junaid Dhebar expanded his businesses into other industries. For the same, he got into the real estate sector with the firm ‘A Dhebar Buildcon. The real estate firm has been leading the race in offering premium residential and commercial spaces in Chhattisgarh.
More so, the entrepreneur is also a member of CREDAI (The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India), an apex organisation of private realtors in India. While he has overcome the hurdle of competition, Junaid emphasises the need for imbibing modern-day skills in daily business operations.
Bringing innovations in the hospitality industry, Dhebar has always welcomed novelty to his work. Under his leadership, he has built a successful business of hotels, and he continues to expand his ventures into other industries. “My team and I have envisioned creating a monopoly across every industry in Raipur. Let’s hope for the best”, he added.

Apart from taking his businesses to newer heights, Junaid has led various initiatives under Hotel Vennington Court in Raipur. Some of his generous contributions have been to the 2018 Kerala floods and for the martyrs after the 2019 Pulwama attacks. Not to forget, his team donated a major contribution of revenue in the coronavirus pandemic to all those families who were severely impacted with no jobs during the lockdown. Even today, Junaid has been doing several charitable activities for people in Raipur and other adjoining areas.
