Within few days since a similar incident was reported in Madhya Pradesh, another man has been arrested today after a shocking video emerged on social media showing a man urinating on a Dalit man's ear in Uttar Pradesh's Sonbhadra.
Police have made two arrests after a video purporting to show a man urinating on another was widely circulated.
It has been reported that the incident took place in the district's Jugail area on July 11.
According to police, two men, who shared a friendly relation, got into an altercation after consuming alcohol following which the accused, Jawahar Patel, assaulted Gulab Kol before urinating on his ears.

The victim, Gulab Kol, who was in an inebriated condition, did not realise what had happened.
However, someone shot a video of the incident that was later circulated on social media, police said.
Gulab Kol has lodged a complaint in this regard and an FIR is being registered.
