Last week, Abhishek, considered to be the party’s No 2 leader, said the programme will empower common people to decide TMC candidates for the Panchayat polls through secret ballot.  The TMC national general secretary is scheduled to travel to Cooch Behar this afternoon.

The campaign will begin from Cooch Behar on Tuesday.
