The death toll remained unchanged at 1,48,421, he added. The recovery count increased by 11 to touch 79,88,788, leaving the state with an active caseload of 85, he said.
Mumbai circle accounted for six cases, including four in the metropolis, he said.
As per state health department data, the recovery rate is 98.17 per cent and the fatality rate stands at 1.82 per cent.
So far, 8,63,47,801 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the state, including 6,336 in the last 24 hours, as per official data.
