A few places in Rajasthan received light rain while dense fog was recorded in some parts on Wednesday.
Jaipur, Bharatpur and Kota divisions witnessed dense fog in morning with visibility in the capital dropping below 50 metres, Jaipur Meteorological Centre In-charge Radheshyam Sharma said.
All districts of Jodhpur division recorded a drop in night temperature while Jaipur, Ajmer and other divisions recorded above-normal minimum temperatures.
A Met office spokesperson said there was a drop of 4-6 degrees in some parts of the state on Tuesday night.
Sirohi recorded the lowest minimum temperature at 2.9 degrees Celsius, followed by Bikaner at 3.3 degrees, Phalodi at 4.2 degrees, Jaisalmer at 4.8 degrees, Churu at 5.5 degrees, Jodhpur at 5.9 degrees, Dabok (Udaipur) at 6.6 degrees, Sriganganagar at 7.4 degrees and Bhilwara at 7.6 degrees.

Till 8.30 am, Sikar-Baran recorded 2.2 mm rain, Dholpur 1 mm, Sangaria in Hanumangarh 0.5 mm, he said.
The Met office has forecast the possibility of rain in many districts during the next 24 hours.
