In an untoward incident, an unidentified man allegedly raped a seven-year-old specially-abled girl in Hyderabad on Sunday.
According to the survivor's mother, the incident took place in Secunderabad.
When asked about the details of the incident, she informed that she had briefly left her daughter at the residence and had gone out to buy groceries from a nearby store.
When she returned, she found blood on her daughter's bed and inner garments.
The woman said she rushed her daughter to the hospital where she was currently receiving treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
