An earthquake measuring 3.8 in magnitude hit the Bheem Asifabad district in Telangana on Monday, according to National Centre for Seismology.
The tremor occurred at 6:50 PM with a depth of 10 kilometres. According to reports, no casualties or property damages have been noted so far.
The effects of the earthquake were felt through Karimnagar, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Nizamabad, and Nirmal districts.
Hyderabad was unaffected by the earthquake.
