Simone Biles  has reclaimed her throne in the U.S. Gymnastics Championships following a two-year hiatus. Biles, 26, won her record eighth U.S. all-around title breaking gymnastics history as the oldest gymnast to win the title.

Since 2013, Bile has earned an astounding collection of 32 world championship and Olympic medals. Her return to the elite stage was met with anticipation, and she did not disappoint. Displaying consistency, Biles achieved a remarkable margin of 3.9 points over the silver medalist, Shilese Jones.

Her win in San Jose was more than just victory. Biles shattered a 90-year record, becoming the first American gymnast, regardless of gender, to secure eight national all-around titles. Biles at 26, became the oldest woman ever to conquer this feat.

This win follows her recent victory at the U.S. Classic, a qualifying meet in Hoffman Estates, Ill., where she demonstrated her prowess. Biles' attitude, marked by her calm and grounded demeanor, has been a driving force behind her success.
Despite minor challenges, her Yurchenko double pike vault, a move attempted by only a few, shows her mastery, scoring a remarkable 15.700. Her performance on the uneven bars, beam, and floor exercise was quintessential Biles – a blend of precision and grace that captivated the audience.

The crowning moment came as Biles secured her victory with a sensational 15.400 on the floor, igniting cheers and a standing ovation.
Biles expressed a mix of contentment and hunger for future challenges. This milestone season has also seen the rise of other exceptional gymnasts, including Olympic all-around champion Gabrielle Douglas, hinting at a dynamic future for the sport.

In just five weeks, the world championships in Belgium will provide another stage for these remarkable athletes. With a selection camp on the horizon, gymnastics fans can anticipate thrilling performances from Biles, Jones, and others who are vying for a spot on the U.S. delegation.
