The Mexican city of Monterrey is going through a drought caused by lack of rains and a heatwave. AFP reports people get running water only for few hours a day. It adds that water in reservoir has fallen to dangerously low levels. While water level in one reservoir fell to 1% by June-end, it fell to 7% in another, and to 44% in the third.
