Major General Leonid Kosinsky, an assistant to Belarus' defense minister, said that Russia's Wagner Group personnel could use the army camp near Tsel if the private military company (PMC) relocates to Belarus. The Yevgeny Prigozhin-led Wagner Group revolted against the Russian defence leadership last month. The mutiny ended in a deal under which Prigozhin had to go to Belarus.
