Since April 2025, Xpertnest — through an initiative led by Arun Kar, Nidhi Kar, Chintan Panara and the leadership team — has been advancing structured sponsorship for Satabdi Dash, a UK-based competitive air pistol athlete of Odisha origin. The initiative has been facilitated with community coordination by UK-based community leader Partha Panda, reflecting a collaborative approach linking community support with structured athlete development.
The sponsorship framework focuses on holistic athlete growth, including technical training, physical conditioning, mental resilience, and exposure to competitive platforms at national and international levels. The programme aims to create a disciplined and performance-oriented pathway for athletes while expanding access to opportunity, particularly for women in sport.

Performance Snapshot (2025–2026): Satabdi Dash secured a total of 9 medals, comprising 5 Gold and 4 Bronze, reflecting consistent progression and competitive discipline. Her major achievement includes winning the Gold Medal at the Norwich Winter Open 2025, while a key elite milestone was earning a Bronze Medal at the Grand Prix of St George (ESSU), where she competed alongside experienced athletes, including members of Team GB.
