Q1. Can you please tell us in brief about your company?

In order to talk about ASBL (Ashoka Builders India Pvt Ltd), I first need to talk about its formation. ASBL was formed keeping the customer’s interests at heart. Customers are concerned about the quality of construction, the project timelines, and the standard of life they would lead. We, at ASBL, strive to meet these expectations through robust construction technology and empathetic, intentional design. This backend technology helps us be on top of our quality and time commitments, and through design we aim to offer an enhance living experience to our customers.

Over the years ASBL has successfully planned the construction of more than 10 Million Sq. Ft. of Residential Area in Hyderabad.

We started our first project in 2018 called ASBL Lakeside in Khajaguda. Currently, we have 3 new projects live - ASBL Spire in Kokapet, ASBL Springs in Pocharam Uppal, & ASBL Spectra in Financial District, Gachibowli.

Q2. Tell us about the key person/s in the company. What is their role and responsibility in the company?

While everyone who works at ASBL is of utmost importance, I have the honor of leading the team. I am Ajitesh Korupolu, the founder and CEO of ASBL. I am an Economics graduate with a Minor in Mathematics and Philosophy from Purdue University, USA. I strive to drive continuous innovation in the organization across systems, operations and people.

I believe what sets us apart is our strong data-centric outlook towards construction. This has helped us in digitally transforming the company's construction management processes, making ASBL confident about addressing the customer's concerns.

Q3. Who are all your clients?

Our customers are people looking to invest in homes where their standards of living are at par with their expectation. They have earned a place in the city’s prime locations, and want convenience in terms of neighborhood and connectivity, amenities, and overall living experience. With the boom in the IT industry in Hyderabad, we also welcome people who work in blue-chip companies, belonging to other parts of the country.

Q4. What is the goal of your company and how are you planning to achieve it? Also mention your achievements.

While technology enables us to match up to our audience’s expectations in terms of delivery, our end goal is to build homes around the wellbeing of our customers. We want to continue evolving in our product journey and keep developing meaningful spaces which are conducive for living healthy and happy lives.

One of the key aspects of intentional design is to understand the customer’s relationship with spaces and then plan accordingly. That is exactly what we yearn to do through our concepts like Outdoor Living balconies. Based on our primary research we learned that with taller concrete structures there arises a bigger need to increase one's interaction with nature. Outdoor living balconies have been received really well. A testament to that was when ASBL Spectra was the most trending project with one of the highest record sales in 2022.

Q5. Is there anything else you would like to share with us?

Real estate is the second biggest employment generator in the country after agriculture. We see the recent growth in the segment as an opportunity as well as a challenge. Going forward, we need to achieve engineering at scale to meet the demands of growing urbanisation of the future. But this growth needs to be made in a sustainable way. The real estate industry is well-poised to make large-scale social impact by benefiting all the stakeholders in the process- from the labour to the end consumer. Through robust backend construction tech processes and empathetical design we plan to carve a niche in the industry and be associated with wellbeing as a brand.
