Raised in Bangalore, Rheema always dreamt of a job in IT since childhood. Yet she soon realized that she was intended to work in the hospitality sector. Her job quickly became her passion, and she genuinely appreciates what she does. She has worked in this field for numerous years and she enjoys every moment of it. She has been delighted by the affection that Kolkata has shown her.She is the Corporate GM Marketing & PR for Hotel Golden Park in Kolkata and Resort Golden Retreat in Haldia. Wafira, Makati, Botanik, Jannaat and TGP are the five top F&B establishments in Golden Park hotel along with different luxury categories of rooms. As she talks about Wafira, she gets sentimental, and she mentions that the place will always have a special place in her heart since she feels that both her and Wafira have experienced growth together.All the other outlets were opened one by one after the opening of Wafira.

She talks about her beautiful journey so far in this sector and expects more women to explore working in the hospitality sector, particularly in higher-level positions as she feels not many women stick to this industry for a long time due to hectic working hours. She hopes that women abandon their anxiety of working long hours and reap the rewards of working in the hospitality & nightlife sector bringing a change in the mindset of the common people. She says," Women are often criticised for working in nightlife by many but it's time to bring a change in the mindset of people who think Women aren't supposed to work in nightclubs"."Hospitality is one major industry which suffered badly during Covid and I am glad to see the industry recovering", she adds.

She is grateful to both Mr. Bhupinder Singh Gujral and Gaganjeet Singh Gujral, pioneers of the Kolkata nightlife industry and owners of The Golden Park Hotels who provided her the opportunity to work with them years back.They are said to be opening multiple restaurants and bars in the near future too.Reema Says," Nothing is difficult when you work with right employer.Henry Ford's quote, "If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself," is one of my personal favorite quotes.
