Dr. Kislay Panday was born in the Indian city of Pratapgadh in the year 1985. He developed a strong interest in law, political history, and the judicial system from an early age. He was an avid reader, and through his daily consumption of newspapers, periodicals, and books, he came to understand that many Indians lacked the resources or access necessary to defend their constitutional rights. Every day, those who were less fortunate were the targets of exploitation, and no one was ready to step in and help. He was inspired by his surroundings to pursue law so that he could represent individuals who were voiceless or whose voices had been silenced.

Years of expertise, a rigorous eye for detail, and a relentless pursuit of the truth have enabled him to uncover numerous high-profile corporate and banking fraud cases.

He has successfully handled over 3000 cases over decades across several niches, and his current areas of expertise include, Constitutional matters, Corporate disputes, Debt recovery, Bail Matters, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Corruption and PC Act Matters, Economic Offenses, Complex Matrimonial disputes, Money Laundering (PMLA matters), Arbitration, Election matters, and Real Estate.

His proficiency today is entirely attributable to the early instillation of writing drafts and briefs, attending court proceedings, engaging in litigation, and filing adjournments.

Because of his interest in a variety of topics, Dr. Kislay has taken many professional courses and has performed exceptionally well in each of them. He received both his L.L.B. from Allahabad University and his M.A. in Sanskrit from Varanasi Sanskrit University. He then completed a Master of International Business Management (MIBM). He has a Ph.D. in Paraconsciousness as well. As languages have always been Dr. Panday's passion he was able to master up to four languages as a result, including English, Hindi, Sanskrit, and Urdu. In addition to having the necessary qualifications to practice law, his communication abilities have been crucial in helping him reach unimaginable heights of success. He is also a well-known theologian.

As soon as he graduated with a law degree he immediately entered the legal arena. He was unable to ignore the glaring flaws and discrepancies in our legal system and society throughout his decades of legal practice. Most of them included painstaking prolonged legal procedures, slowed down justice, and overhauled courts. He thereafter became a solicitor in the Honorable Supreme Court of India to fill in these deficiencies.

Since then, he has continued to protect his clientele's interests in a way that guarantees quick results and few negative consequences.

With two prestigious law firms, he holds the titles of Senior Partner and Partner in Chief. He serves on the legal boards of various multinational organizations to assist them in navigating the complexity of the legal world.

In addition to these achievements, Dr. Kislay Panday has written two outstanding books and is currently working on a number of other publications based on his intense interest in theology. The Sovereign is an in-depth exploration of Indian political history. He proposed creating the "People's Commission of India" as a constitutional body after fostering the notion for more than 15 years. It entailed the establishment of a regulatory body that would hold the government responsible and be headed by the average Indian. Another novel, titled Abhishapt, is based on actual events and tells the story of a guy who loses everything due to innocense.
