Vedang Raina has been the chocolate boy who has been garnering a lot of praise all through the last month ever since his film ‘The Archies’ was released. While the film did decently on the streaming platform, but it was the equation between the actors that became the talk of the town. While on one hand, Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda are said to be dating, Khushi Kapoor has also been rumoured to be dating Vedang Raina. While the rumours have been burning slowly underneath, it was only when Karan Johar asked Khushi Kapoor about whether or not she is dating Vedang Raina on ‘Koffee With Karan 8’ that people started talking about them and they became headlines everywhere.

While Khushi Kapoor chose to say, “We’re just good friends”, Vedang Raina has a more definitive answer. As reported by HT, when Vedang was asked about his relationship, without taking any names, he laughed and said, “I am single. I am aware about some speculations... the female attention from fans feels nice.”
Well, that surely clears the air for now, and all his fans can breathe a sigh.
Not only has Vedang Raina been linked to Khushi Kapoor, he has also been compared to Ranveer Singh from ‘Lootera’. There were numerous videos on social media which compared his looks to that of a young Ranveer Singh from ‘Lootera’, and trust us, the resemblance is uncanny.

Having seen those fans edits himself, Vedang Raina seems to have been too flattered by the comparisons. Talking to HT, he said, “Yes I saw. There have been edits. You can’t avoid this... it’s my first film out and I am very curious to know what people are saying. I did get such comments before, but not this much. It was easy to deal with everything then. Now it’s hard to keep a track of it. It will change with time as I am still new. I think the comparison has more to do with a visual resemblance, nothing more substantial. Ranveer has proven himself and been very successful, and I am a huge fan.”
Well, who isn’t a fan of Ranveer Singh? Not only are his performances talked about but even his fashion sense makes people’s hearts flutter. On the same note, even Vedang Raina has been called the breakout fashion star of the last year. His sense of style has been outstanding and it will only be a matter of time before we start seeing this young lad on the covers of various magazines and glossies.
