One skier from Sweden on Thursday died after an avalanche hit a famous tourist spot in Kashmir's Gulmarg. The incident took place near second phase Gandola on Affarwat peak Gulmarg.
Two missing skier, who got trapped, were traced by Ski Rescue Team of J&K Police and are safe now. Rescued skier's name is Benjeman and he too hails from Sweden.
Earlier this month, 9 people, including a vehicle carrying six passengers, went missing in a huge avalanche on the Kupwara-Tangdhar road.
