Apparently the Round Table Conference held at Srinagar on 24th and 25th of May 2006, was proved a failure due to non participation of separatist groups who were directed by their mentors across not to participate in the Round Table Conference. Confirmed reports reveal that Pakistan has realized that Government of India will not give any concession to Pakistan with regard to Kashmir issue. The terrorist mentors sitting across have directed the militant leaders of the Valley to escalate violence in the State afresh

Reportedly Syed Sallah-ud-din, who is presently camping at Karachi, Pakistan has attended number of secret meetings with several top commanders of LeT and JeM like Prof. Hafiz Mohammad Syed and Azhar Masood wherein it has been decided to infiltrate large number of trainedterrorists in to the Valley and also to other parts country. Confirmed reports reveal that some 400-500 elite terrorists have been pushed upto LoC wherefrom they they will be sneaked into the Valley. There are some 200 foreignmercenaries with this group. It is also learnt that Pak ISI has planned to target Ahmadabad, Mumbai Kotlkata and New Delhi in the near future. Suicidal attacks/car bomb blasts will be carried cut in these cities byforeign mercenaries. In the Valley the terrorists will to hijack some Yatri vehicles and by making them hostages create crisis and will prolong them. The Yatris will also betargeted at Baltal and enroute as well as at Pahlagam. 

Besides the Pak ISI authorities had directed the militant and upper ground leaders working in the the Valley to mobilize the public opinion again and agitate public interest issue so that people inenmass will come to streets and situation like 90s be created for which the services of upper ground workers and hard liner group of APHC will be utilized. Pak ISI authority who has of late stopped funding to APHCs and other groups has now released funds to these groups who are receiving the same through various channels like Hawala etc. ISI authorities are bent upon to mobilize the public opinion and establish fresh ground for terrorists who have almost lost the public support herein the Valley.

With regard to infiltration which is presently going at a large scale, is expected to raise manifolds in the months of June and July 2006.

The mentors sitting across have also directed militants operating in the valley to harm minority community people and the outside labourer groups working in the Valley. For targeting the labourers and artisans militants are have public support as the working class in the Valley is of the opinion that they have been rendered jobless/useless and almost a large group of militants comprises of such terrorists who are hell bent to harm these innocent non state subjectlabourers.
