Tour De France Stage 3: Tim Merlier Win Marred By Serious Crash

Tim Merlier of Belgium edged out Italy's Jonathan Milan to win Monday's stage 3 of Tour de France which featured a serious crash. Belgian cyclist Jasper Philipsen was involved in the serious crash which forced him to withdraw from the Tour de France a couple of days after winning its opening stage.
