Pocket expenses: US $50 (Rs 2,300) per day
Personal endorsement: Depends on player's status. Tendulkar makes upward of Rs 5 crore for an endorsement; players like Ashish Nehra and Zaheer Khan made upwards of Rs 50-60 lakh in 2003. Other benefits promotions/cash incentives from employers. Reserve players get the same match fees as the top players.
Estimated income per player from the current Australian tour: Rs 40-45 lakh excluding personal endorsements and bonuses from personal sponsors.
