With the T20 World Cup 2024 just around the corner, Sri Lankan cricket team could use the three-match T20I series against Zimbabwe as a great practice ahead of the marquee tournament. On the recent form, Sri Lanka lost an away series 1-2 to New Zealand wehreas Zimbabwe too lost a T20I series 1-2 to the Ireland. Both the sides will look to bounce back from their recent disappointments and will be led under new skippers in the 20-over format.
