Two of the flyweight Muay Thai division’s most proven knockout artists are set to collide when #5-ranked contender Jaosuayai Mor Krungthepthonburi squares off against undefeated Azerbaijani sensation Akif “King” Guluzada.

Their encounter will be part of a stacked ONE Fight Night 36: Prajanchai vs. Di Bella II on Prime Video, which airs live in U.S. primetime on Friday, October 3, from Bangkok’s iconic Lumpinee Stadium.

This high-stakes matchup will entertain martial arts fans from around the world with a thrilling all-out war before two-sport ONE World Champion Prajanchai PK Saenchai and Jonathan Di Bella unify the ONE Strawweight Kickboxing World Championship in the main event.

Jaosuayai enters this contest riding the momentum of his majestic U.S. primetime debut at ONE Fight Night 32 in June this year.

The Sor Dechapan affiliate knocked out highly regarded Nakrob Fairtex with a stunning left head kick in just 52 seconds to capture his opponent’s #5-ranked position. That KO performance was the third consecutive finish in Jaosuayai’s active five-fight winning streak.

That stunning highlight-reel moment also earned the 23-year-old striker a US$50,000 performance bonus and announced his arrival as a legitimate contender for the vacant ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Title.

After all, Jaosuayai has been nothing short of destructive since joining ONE Championship. With eight resounding victories in the organization, he has delivered multiple knockouts that showcased his devastating power from every angle.

Whether it’s his thunderous left kick that got the job done against tough outs Nakrob and Denis “The Bosnian Menace” Puric, or the power in his fists that stunned Yodlekpet “The Destroyer” Or Atchariya and Puengluang Baanramba, the Thai dynamo has proven that his knockout arsenal is as diverse as it is lethal.

Guluzada will look to halt Jaosuayai’s incredible run, though, as he seeks to extend his pristine promotional slate in this epic flyweight Muay Thai matchup on October 3.

The 20-year-old Azerbaijani has taken the striking world by storm with four back-to-back victories on the global stage, capped by a pair of ferocious finishes on the highly acclaimed ONE Friday Fights series.

After shutting down Samingdam NF Looksuan in his sophomore outing, the Team Mehdi Zatout athlete delivered a potential “Knockout of the Year” candidate with a crushing spinning back elbow against Puengluang this past January.

“King’s” victory also secured him a US$100,000 contract and a spot on the main roster. The young gun continued his hot streak in his U.S. primetime debut against Filipino-American fighter Sean Climaco.

He brings a 19-3 resume and an unblemished 4-0 slate in the world’s largest martial arts organization into this pivotal fixture, and he’s ready to utilize his technical precision and explosive power against the ever-menacing Jaosuayai.

For Guluzada, a win over the Thai striker will earn him the biggest victory of his career. Meanwhile, a triumph for the Sor Dechapan man should see him continue his ascent up the loaded flyweight Muay Thai division.

With both men possessing devastating knockout power and aggressive fighting styles, this showdown promises to deliver fireworks when the two collide at Lumpinee Stadium.
