Opting to bat first, Team B lost opener Sastha Mondal early for four, but Tanisha and Jincy George steadied the ship and notched up a solid partnership.
After Jincy walked back, Tanisha along with Paul and Mamatha guided Team B to 282/8 in 50 overs.
Team A, in pursuit of a huge total, started off on a very good note, with Shafali Verma (91) firing on all cylinders.
However, he did not get the required support as Dhara Gujjar (15), T Sarkar (36), and MR Magre (9), were dismissed.
Shipra Giri scored a promising fifty, but was not enough as they ended with 244/10 in 42.4 overs.
