Additional options such as content optimization or even a simple royalty-free image are billed as extras, bumping the prices by at least $24 and $12 a piece respectively. This really can spiral quickly with large orders and is a shame to see with an otherwise excellent product.

Reviews typically mention the high quality of their writing, which is great to see, but some do mention that some of the writers are weaker than others and a bit of filtering is needed to separate the wheat from the chaff.   It’s certainly a positive that you can build out a pool of consistent writers, but the bedding-in process can be a little painful, especially if you’re looking to hit the ground running outsourcing projects at-scale.
