AN apocryphal story doing the rounds concerns Maulana Mulayam Singh Yadav and the BCCI. Apparently the Defence Minister has told the Board of Cricket Control that Mohammad Azharuddin cannot be removed from captaincy before the Uttar Pradesh election!
