TikTok Star Caleb Coffee Survives Hawaii Cliff Fall, Family Launches Fundraiser for Medical Costs

Caleb Coffee, the famous US TikTok influencer suffered a fall from a cliff onto lava rocks while in Hawaii, resulting in severe injuries that have landed him in the hospital. To aid in his medical expenses, a GoFundMe campaign was initiated by a family member, Peyton Coffee, on August 17th. 

On Wednesday afternoon, Caleb was out hiking with a group of three friends when he reportedly lost his balance along a cliff ranging from 60 to 80 feet in height. The fall led to his landing on the rugged lava rocks beneath. Following the incident, the TikTok sensation was swiftly airlifted to a medical facility for treatment.

Currently, he is experiencing difficulty in swallowing, and medical professionals have informed the family that additional injuries could potentially manifest in the upcoming weeks. Caleb’s sister Peyton Coffee said that even if people are unable to provide a donation, Caleb would value their prayers. 

As per the details provided on his GoFundMe page, Caleb has suffered a fractured spine, a broken elbow, wrist, and femur, along with multiple cuts and burns across his body. He is presently receiving care in the hospital's intensive care unit. 


Peyton stated that Caleb lacked health insurance and the family was unable to cover the medical expenses independently. As a result, they initiated a fundraising campaign to request financial assistance from the community.

Caleb Coffee has gained recognition within the TikTok creators' circle for his playful prank content. With a substantial following exceeding 11 million on the platform, the 18-year-old expressed his gratitude in a video posted from his hospital bed on Friday. In the update, he shared the relieving news that his neck and spine had been confirmed as non-fractured.

Speaking from his 18 years of experience, he expressed his disbelief at the idea of falling from a staggering 60–80 feet height. Upon regaining consciousness, he grappled with the fear of impending demise.
