France: Teachers, Utility Workers Go On Strike Over Pension Reforms

Teachers and civic services personnel are on strike in France in protest against the pensions reforms initiated by French President Emmanuel Macron. In the reforms, the age of pension is being raised to 64. Major unions have declared a strike today under which over 60% primary teachers along with garbage collectors, utility workers, and train drivers are participating.
