Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar shared with their social media family that they are blessed with a baby boy who was born on May 10, 2023. The couple got married in December 2020 and announced that they were expecting two years later.
Gauahar posted on Instagram with the caption, “Allahumma baarik fihi.” She also shared a beautiful announcement picture of her son's arrival. It read: It's a Boy. As Salaam U Alaikum beautiful world, says our bundle of joy. Arrived 10th of May 2023 to make us realise what happiness truly means. Our blessed boy thanks everyone for their love and prayers. Grateful and giggling parents, Gauahar and Zaid.

They announced that they were expecting their first child in December last year. They recently hosted a baby shower in Mumbai. It was attended by several celebrities and their friends. The guestlist included Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy, and Gauahar's co-workers Raghu and Rajeev. Others such as Zaid's brother Awez Darbar, Mahhi Vij, Preeti Simoes and Niti Simoes were also snapped while reaching the venue.
In 2022, Zaid and Gauahar shared the news of the actor's pregnancy with a sweet video on Instagram. They posted a musical video which read, "One became two when Z met G and now the adventure continues as we soon become three! Gauahar & Darbar + 1, In Sha Allah seeking all your prayers and blessings in this new journey."

Gauahar is best known for her stint in Bigg Boss 7, which aired in 2013. After TV, she made her film debut with Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year in 2009. Last year, she appeared in web series like Bestseller, Salt City and Shiksha Mandal. She recently made her Netflix debut as she turned host in The Most Eligible Singles.
