Korean artists are diversifying their portfolios. The latest celebrity who has hopped on this bandwagon is EXO’s Baekhyun. The singer has now established his own company, I&B100. According to reports, Baekhyun is registered as the owner and the CEO of the company.
According to an exclusive report by Tenasia, Baekhyun has completed the formal registration of I&B100. He has also formed a team of the company’s internal directors. Baekhyun’s I&B100 was founded on June 23, 2023. This was before he renewed his contract with SM Entertainment in August.
SM Entertainment has come out to reveal that Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin’s contracts with the entertainment company are still intact. However, the contract allows them to conduct personal activities to further their brand. SM Entertainment said, “Our exclusive contract for the three EXO members is still in place. We cannot reveal the specific terms of the agreement, but we have made it possible so that the three members can engage in their individual activities in accordance to the agreement made with the company.”

As news of I&B100 made its way to social media, Baekhyun’s fans have set the internet on fire. They have spammed his social media with congratulatory messages. The company is touted to be a multi-entertainment enterprise that handles aspects of production, investment, and administration of individual EXO members. A detailed report highlighting the company's activities is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
The report by Tenasia has also revealed that Chen and Xiumin will also be working with Baekhyun at I&B100. Previously, Baekhyun has also been associated as an executive director at One Signature with Kasper. He had formed the agency with the well-known choreographer who is also his friend.
