India's formidable contingent in the men's singles category includes star shuttlers such as HS Prannoy, Lakshya Sen, Kidambi Srikanth, and Priyanshu Rajawat. Arjun M R and Dhruv Kapila are geared up for competition in section four of the doubles category.

The top-seeded duo of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty have decided to pull out of the Indonesia Masters citing workload management just one day before the start of the tournament. The star Indian pair ended as runner-ups in the Malaysia Open Super 1000 and India Open Super 750. Adding to their accolades, the pair was recently honoured with the prestigious Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award.
In the absence of Satwik-Chirag, HS Prannoy will lead the Indian contingent and high hopes will be on his shoulders. The world no. 9 Prannoy is the only seeded India in the singles category and a good performance is expected from him.
