La Liga side Sevilla will welcome Premier League promoted club Sunderland as the two clubs go head-to-head in a pre-season friendly on Sunday (IST) at the Estádio Algarve.
Sevilla have had a disappointing season last term, finishing 17th in the campaign, avoiding relegation by one point as they won just one game in their final 11 matches. The 2023 Europa League winners will need a great 2025-26 campaign, if they are get back to being European superpower once again.
Sevilla's match against Sunderland follows the likes of Schalke, Marseille, Al Qadsiah and Toulouse before their league season gets underway.
As for Sunderland, the Black Cats are back in the Premier League and will have some new faces at the helm. They have spent around 100m on incomings and the manager Régis Le Bris will have huge burden on his shoulders.
