Aditya Wanwari is a successful restaurateur and owns multiple famous restaurants in Mumbai. At the age of 28, Aditya has achieved great heights in his career as he owns a company called Toast Inc. In the last few years, his business has been thriving and the success encouraged him to open more food outlets in the city.

The entrepreneur currently runs several restaurants in Mumbai like Shy, Donna Deli, Baodim, Foodlez, Demy and others. Before getting into the hospitality industry, Aditya was a DJ by profession. As a DJ, he had an amazing career graph as he performed alongside Steve Aoki, Afrojack, Cedric Gervais and many more. The then-DJ performed at many popular festivals like VH1 Supersonic, Sunburn, EVC and others.

While Aditya Wanvari enjoyed being a DJ, he was fascinated by the brilliant services provided by many managers at various restaurants and food. He developed an interest in learning more about it and joined Silver Beach Hospitality. He would work during the day to understand their hospitality ethics and as a DJ for their Radio Bar at night.

By observing, understanding and learning what it takes to operate a food business and restaurant, Aditya Wanwari made himself an expert in the F&B field in no time. During the peak of his career as a DJ, he decided to start Toast Inc and open restaurants in Mumbai. His first restaurant was opened 6 years ago and was called LMNOPQ Asian bistro in the Bandra area.

Once Aditya started opening different restaurants, he never looked back. It was a big risk to start from scratch. But he was full of hopes and dreams and the passion to succeed. There were a lot of challenges in his way considering there are already big players in the restaurant business, functioning for decades. But nothing could affect his spirit and he did what he loved.

So far, his company and eateries have been doing well. He hopes for a great 2023 and wants to open some more outlets if possible.
