Babloo Srivastava, one-time associate of Dawood Ibrahim, is living a cushy life in the high-security Lucknow jail. He runs his kidnapping and extortion rackets from inside his cell. Says additional director general, law and order, Vikram Singh: "We have proof of Babloo using cellphones with absolute impunity when inside the prison. In fact, he is running his gang more effectively from prison." The law, indeed, is an ass.
