After a video of a man purportedly masturbating in a Delhi Metro train surfaced, Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) Chairperson Swati Maliwal issued notices to Delhi Police and Delhi Metro.
Maliwal said the video was "absolutely disgusting and sickening". She called for the strictect action against the person.
Maliwal tweeted, "Delhi Commission For Women will issue a notice to city police and DMRC in connection with a viral video of a man allegedly masturbating in the train, its chairman Swati Maliwal said on Friday."
In another video shared by journalist Atul Krishan on Thursday, two men appear to be engaged in oral sex in Delhi Metro.

Both the videos, however, cannot be independently verified.
