Before joining Nokia Networks USA, he served as a Global Care Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal, providing Level-3 technical support for WCDMA and LTE RAN products across European markets. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Radio Access Specialist in India, where he commissioned and integrated GSM and WCDMA networks.

This international experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications challenges across diverse regulatory environments, market conditions, and network architectures. He now serves as the primary technical contact for major U.S. carriers, coordinating global teams and providing Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for critical technical issues.
